Private Special Events



Park Shelter Reservation Form


Fees are $50 for shelters, $100 for Band Shell and $100 deposit per structure that is refunded if the shelters are left in good condition per the Parks Department.  

Reservations can be made over the phone (715-365-8600) and will be held for 2 weeks while waiting for payment and completed reservation form.  After two weeks the date and shelter will become available to the public.

Amplified Music Permit

No fee for the Music Permit but if you choose to have amplified music at your private function this permit must be filed. 

Road Closure Permit

For if you choose to have a private block party. This requires a Special Event Permit as well, as the event is using city resources($25 fee). Special Event Fee Ordinance
