ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS POLICY

It also provides guidelines to ensure security and confidentiality with information and passwords and outlines prohibited activities. This form is required to be reviewed, provided and signed by any employee provided computer access to our systems, e-mail accounts or assigned a City phone/cell phone.

CREDIT CARD POLICY
This policy walks through general information, requirements and expectations, security, monthly statement responsibilities, and process to return a City credit card upon separation. This form should be reviewed, provided, and signed by any individual who has been approved to be provided with a City credit card.
